The 2022 Amazon Kindle eReader has been launched as an update to the previous generation that’s arriving just ahead of the busy gifting season. The device comes in with a slightly more compact form, but is equipped with a six-inch e-ink display that’s supported by LED front lights for easily illuminating text in low-light conditions. The unit offers support for dark mode with white text on a black background, while the battery is rated for up to six-weeks of use per charge.

The 2022 Amazon Kindle eReader has a 300ppi display that has three-times more pixels than the previous version and 16GB of internal storage. Made with 90% recycled magnesium, the eReader comes packaged in 100% recycled and recyclable materials.
